This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds for our products.

1. Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the items under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Plants must be healthy, with no signs of damage or deterioration. Products such as pots, fertilizers, or accessories should be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:- Perishable products (e.g., plants that have been out of the packaging for an extended period or are wilting/damaged).
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return:
To return an item, please contact our customer service team at info@lunarhato.com or call 307-621-0431 to request a return authorization. We will provide you with the necessary instructions on how to send the item back to us.
2. Return Shipping
Return Shipping Fees:
You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund for the item. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.Refund Processing Time:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different plant or product, please follow the same steps as for returns. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a store credit or provide an exchange for the product you want.
If there’s a price difference between the item you’re returning and the item you wish to exchange it for, we’ll either issue you a refund or ask for payment to cover the difference.
5. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. However, once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
6. Order Issues

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. For damaged or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping if applicable.
