1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping methods to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected and your shipping address.
Standard Shipping:

- Available for all U.S. orders.
Expedited Shipping:
- Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days
- Available for U.S. orders only. Shipping fees will vary based on the delivery location and order size.
Next-Day Shipping:
- Estimated delivery time: 1 business day
- Available for U.S. orders only. Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM PST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
International Shipping:
- Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days (depending on the destination)
- Available to most international locations. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50.
This offer is subject to change and does not apply to expedited or next-day shipping options.International Shipping Fees:
International shipping fees are determined by the size and weight of your order, as well as the destination country. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.Additional Charges:
In some cases, additional shipping charges may apply to remote or hard-to-reach areas. You will be notified before your order is processed if such charges are applicable.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary during peak periods or for custom orders. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order directly on the carrier’s website.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can track the status of your order through the carrier’s website:
- U.S. Orders: Tracking numbers for U.S. orders will be provided via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the shipping method selected.
- International Orders: Tracking numbers for international orders will be provided via the appropriate international carrier.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving the shipping confirmation email.
5. Shipping Restrictions
PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:
We do ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses in the U.S. However, some shipping methods may not be available for these addresses. Please select the appropriate shipping method during checkout.Remote Areas:

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping fees and must be paid upon delivery.

9. Lost or Damaged Items
Lost Orders:
If your order is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at info@lunarhato.com. We will investigate the situation with the carrier and, if necessary, initiate a replacement or refund.Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage to assist in the claim with the carrier. Damaged items will be replaced or refunded in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
